Eoin Lawless Partnership is fully experienced in a diverse range of projects, ranging in value from £20,000 to £10million. Over our 20 years, the Practice has worked with clients from the public and private sector.
Healthcare
We have extensive experience in the provision of specialist healthcare facilities throughout Northern Ireland. Schemes have included enabling works, new build and refurbishment of hospital departments.
We are currently involved in a major PRP project to provide new healthcare facilities at Craigavon Area Hospital.
Education
Our experience in the education sector includes nurseries, primary & secondary schools, special needs schools, sure start facilities and sports amenities. The schemes have included new build, refurbishment, extensions and alterations.
Historical & Listed Buildings
Our office has been involved in the restoration and refurbishment of historical & listed buildings, such as castles, churches and other diocesan projects. Recently projects include renovation of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Co. Leitrim and the re-roofing of Narrow Water Castle, Warrenpoint and the external refurbishment of St Joseph's Nursing Home, Warrenpoint.
Civil / Public Works
Eoin Lawless Partnership has been involved with several new build and refurbishment projects for local councils, Irish Rail (Iarnrod Eireann) and several other publicly funded bodies. Recent new built projects include Docklands Railway Station, Dublin and the Sports Pavilion, Kilkeel.
